Avenivo Support
Avenivo is preparing a free Launch Beta for testing. This page explains the current App boundaries and how to contact the Avenivo team; it is not a TestFlight invitation.
What is Avenivo?
Avenivo is an iPhone app in development for live translation during guided travel and small-group experiences.
Who is Avenivo for?
Avenivo is being designed for guides, private tour operators, small travel groups, and travelers who need to follow spoken explanations in another language.
Is Avenivo available now?
Not publicly. Avenivo is in development and preparing a fully free Launch Beta for testing in 2026. This website does not offer a TestFlight invitation or an App Store download.
Do I need an account?
Solo Live Translation and Local Room work without an account. A Guide signs in to host an Online Room; Listeners join anonymously through the Web Listener.
Will the Launch Beta include paid features?
No. The free Launch Beta keeps Global Room, payments, paywalls, and subscription features hidden. No one is automatically enrolled or charged.
How do I delete my account?
If you have a signed-in Guide account in the beta App, open Settings, then under Account & Online Room choose Account & Usage and tap Delete Account. Confirm the permanent deletion using your current signed-in session. On success, Avenivo revokes sessions on every device and ends any active Online Room. Account-independent Solo Live and Local Room data on this iPhone remain available. If a deletion request cannot be confirmed, follow the App’s retry guidance or email support.
What device and network do I need?
The App is built for iPhone and currently targets iOS 26 or later; final device and region eligibility must be checked for the release candidate. Online Room hosting and its Web Listener need internet access. Local Room requires the Guide to turn on Personal Hotspot and Listeners to join it manually before scanning the QR code; Avenivo cannot enable the hotspot or join it for them. Do not rely on any particular device, network, or offline language pair without checking it first.
Which languages are available?
The App interface has English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese localizations. These are not the same as speech-recognition, translation, or spoken-playback languages. The App checks Speech resources, Translation pair support, and playback voices separately in both directions for a selected pair. Availability depends on the iPhone and its installed Apple resources; prepare missing resources while connected, approve any system prompts, and recheck before a tour. A complete release language/device list is not promised yet. This website remains in English.
Where can I read the privacy information?
The Avenivo Privacy Notice covers this website and the free beta App and service practices under preparation. It distinguishes on-device Solo/Local processing from Online Room text relay and explains account deletion.
